Funny raccoon going through garbage in Toronto

This funny raccoon in Toronto is going through garbage in a dumpster. You can try to keep raccoons out of your garbage. To keep persistent raccoons out of your trash, you could try to sprinkle a little ammonia on each trash bag.

You could also try to spread mothballs around the outside of your trash cans to deter animals from getting too close. Raccoons are nocturnal animals - they prowl around at night. You could try to keep your trash can area brightly lit with flood lights. This light can also be a deterrent to raccoons.

Raccoons can be dangerous to have on your property or your house. If you or your pet come into contact with a raccoon and are bitten or scratched you should seek important immediate medical help.

Aggressive raccoons can happen. A normal raccoon certainly wouldn't attack a person. However, sometimes they will "bluff" if they feel threatened, cornered or afraid for some reason. Raccoons may huff, grunt, or "charge" at you. They could try to scare off other animals. You don't have to come close to raccoons.

A raccoon is a medium-sized mammal native to North America. The raccoon is the largest of the procyonid family, having a body length of 40 to 70 cm and a body weight of 5 to 26 kg. Its beautiful grayish coat mostly consists of dense underfur which insulates it against cold weather. Raccoons have great skillful paws. Raccoons look like they have a facial mask. They have ringed tails.

Raccoons are usually nocturnal and omnivorous. They eat about 40% invertebrates, 33% plants and 27% vertebrates.

The original habitats of the raccoon are deciduous and mixed forests. However, these animals can adapt. They can live in mountainous areas, coastal marshes and urban areas. In urban cities, many homeowners try to scare away raccoons from their homes.

In the last few centuries, raccoons have become more widely distributed in this world. You can now often see them across much of mainland Europe, Caucasus, and Japan.

In Canada, raccoons can be found in northern Alberta, southern B.C. and Saskatchewan, central Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, southern Quebec and the Maritimes. Raccoon ranges can be different for different raccoons. However, there is very little evidence that they are territorial.

Damon Motorcycles develops great safety innovations for motorcycles

Damon Motorcycles was founded in 2017. The company won "Best in Innovation" Award at CES 2020. The company headquarters are in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The official website of Damon Motorcycles is damonmotorcycles.com

Damon is successfully reinventing personal mobility for 1.5 billion daily commuters. This company actually reverse engineered the problems that two wheel commuters face. The company built an experience that’s perpetually safer, smarter and more rider-friendly.

Reverse engineering is also called back engineering. This is the process by which a man-made object is deconstructed to reveal its designs, architecture, or to extract knowledge from the object. This is similar to scientific research. The difference is that scientific research is about a natural phenomenon.

The company vision includes a self-learning mobility platform that will hopefully create a world with no fatal accidents on Damon vehicles by 2030.

Damon Motorcycles is working hard to achieve that vision. Damon put data-driven thinking at the epicentre of the company. Damon employs radical innovations in sensor fusion, robotics, and AI.

Sensor fusion is the important ability to bring together inputs from multiple radars, lidars and cameras to form a single model or image of the environment around a vehicle. The successful resulting model is more accurate because it balances the strengths of the different sensors.

The following is interesting news from April 8, 2020:

Vancouver-based Damon Motorcycles, a developer of safety innovations for motorcycles using sensor fusion, robotics, and artificial intelligence, has secured $3 million in additional financing.

Damon also acquired the IP portfolio of Mission Motors, developer of high-density EV powertrains.

These are some of the funniest animals. Watch a dog having a nice time. There was a dog was doing the cat walk. Looks like the zebra wants some more food. These animals are pretty cute and adorable. Dogs can do excellent gymnastics. Some of these dogs have some pretty advanced positions. A dog skateboarding is incredible. The dogs show great talent here.

Many animals have fun. There are otters romping in the river, cats chasing lasers, or canines "play fighting." Sometimes, it's hard to tell if an animal is enjoying or not enjoying the activity. Animals have activities like defending territory or finding food. Consider whether the animal is under stress.

These are some of the most popular animals in Canada: Caribou, Beaver, Beluga Whale, Canada Goose, Canada Lynx, Common Garter Snake, Grizzly Bear and Monarch Butterfly.

Toronto Zoo: Giant Panda Cub Fall Compilation

There sure are a lot of falling pandas at the Toronto Zoo. Probably they don't get too hurt by the falls. The joke is that this will make you fall for pandas all over again. It would be interesting to see a study about how often pandas fall.

Pandas are great at climbing trees. Pandas also fall out of trees often. A Zoo would agree that pandas are adept climbers. They climb and subsequently fall as a form of play. Pandas often climb again and again to fall again and again. It is like they only climb to fall back down again. It is like they are repeating it for eternity.

In Greek mythology Sisyphus or Sisyphos was the king of Ephyra (now known as Corinth). He was punished for his self-aggrandizing craftiness and deceitfulness by being forced to roll an immense boulder up a hill only for it to roll down every time it neared the top. He repeated this action for eternity. Tasks that are both laborious and futile are therefore described as Sisyphean.

The giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca; Chinese: 大熊猫 ) is also known as the panda bear or simply the panda. It is really a bear native to south central China. It has large, black patches around its eyes, over the ears, and across its round body. The name "giant panda" is sometimes used to distinguish it from the red panda, a neighboring musteloid.

Though technically it belongs to the order Carnivora, the giant panda is a folivore. Bamboo shoots and leaves make up more than 99% of its diet.

Giant pandas in the wild have been known to eat other grasses, wild tubers, or even meat in the form of birds, rodents, or carrion. In captivity, they may receive honey, eggs, fish, yams, shrub leaves, oranges or bananas. They may receive specially prepared food.

For many decades, it seems that the precise taxonomic classification of the giant panda was under debate because it shares characteristics with both bears and raccoons.

It appears that molecular studies indicate the giant panda is a true bear, part of the family Ursidae. These studies show it diverged about 19 million years ago from the common ancestor of the Ursidae. It is actually the most basal member of this family and equidistant from all other extant bear species. The giant panda has been often referred to as a living fossil.

Pandas live in Canada's Zoos. Why do wild pandas seem only live in China? The answer to this seems pretty simple. There has been human development and habitat loss. Giant Pandas eat mostly bamboo.

11 raccoons removed from Toronto home under construction

This is pretty interesting wildlife. A Toronto wildlife control company says they were called to a home under construction to remove 11 raccoons that had found their way into the house overnight. A Gates Wildlife Control worker has his camera rolling during their removal. Some have said that Toronto has the most raccoons, out of all cities in the world.

Raccoons can be found in many places in Toronto, especially in the spring and summer months. Some have called Toronto: the raccoon capital of Canada or the whole world. Some call them Canada's "trash pandas." They certainly survive and thrive in Toronto.

The raccoon (Procyon lotor) is a medium-sized mammal native to North America. The raccoon is the largest of the procyonid family, having a body length of 40 to 70 cm. It has a body weight of 5 to 26 kg. Its grayish coat mostly consists of dense underfur which successfully insulates it against cold weather. The raccoon's most distinctive features are its extremely dexterous front paws, its facial mask and its ringed tail.

Raccoons are noted for their intelligence, with studies showing that they are amazingly able to remember the solution to tasks for at least 3 years. They are usually nocturnal and omnivorous. They eat approximately 40% invertebrates, 33% plants, and 27% vertebrates.

Raccoons can be found natively throughout most of the USA and Canada. They can also be found in parts of Latin America, from Mexico extending down to the northernmost regions of South America. They are usually found in woodlands and grassy areas. Usually, they are not found in the high Rocky Mountains or in the Southwestern desert.

Toronto Zoo: Giant Panda vs Snowman

Toronto Zoo Keepers made giant panda Da Mao a snowman for entertainment. Watch as he plays with, or rather disassembles, their creation. The snow man is taken apart, bit by bit. The Panda sure seems to be having lots of fun. This is pretty amazing.

The giant panda is also known as the panda bear. It can be simply called the panda. It is a bear native to south central China. It has large, black patches around its eyes, over the ears, and across its round body. The name "giant panda" is sometimes used to distinguish it from the red panda, a neighboring musteloid. A musteloid, in zoology, is any of many mammals of the superfamily Musteloidea, including the weasels, raccoons, red pandas, and skunks.

The giant panda is considered a pretty powerful symbol in the world when it comes to species conservation. In China, the giant panda is considered a national treasure. For WWF, the panda has been the organization’s symbol since 1961.

This peaceful, bamboo-eating member of the bear family was once certainly widespread throughout Southern and Eastern China, as well as neighbouring Myanmar (Burma) and Northern Vietnam.

WWF-Canada helps protect threatened species and their habitats.

It is Puma concolor, the largest of the small cat species. In Southern California, they are commonly called mountain lions.

Fatal cougar attacks are extremely rare. They occur much less frequently than fatal snake bites, fatal lightning strikes, or fatal bee stings.

5 USA states with the highest numbers of mountain lions killed by trophy hunters are, in ranking order: Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Utah and Arizona.

Amazing: mountain lions can jump 45 feet in a single leap.

According to the informative Mountain Lion Foundation, a typical adult male weighs 110lb to 180lb and a female 80lb to 130lb. These big cats are rarely dangerous to humans but attacks on pets and livestock do happen.

Mountain lions are certainly stealthy predators. They hunt at night. They are often lying in wait for prey or silently stalking it before pouncing from behind and delivering a lethal bite. Usually, they prey on deer. They also feed on smaller animals, even insects, when necessary. Like all cats, mountain lions are strict carnivores. These big cats only rarely consume vegetation.

The cougar is called around 40 different names, such as puma, mountain lion, and panther. Canada has these animals. Most of the cougar population may be found in western Canada. However, it has been seen across the Prairies, southern Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick.

True Facts About The Sea Pig

Hear explanations about what is a sea pig. See amazing selected Sea Pig images provided by the NIWA Invertebrate Collection. They were collected as part of the New Zealand International Polar Year - Census of Antarctic Marine Life, Ross Sea Biodiversity voyage 2008.

You could see an eyed Sea Cucumber with ejected Cuvierian Tubules, Bohadschia argus and Holothuria argus.

Funny Canada goose vs husky

Territorial Canada goose is pretty funny here. Watch funny goose vs husky. The dog could run away or not. Geese start hissing when someone comes near them. Dogs might mind getting soaking wet. Sometimes geese want to attack other animals.

Geese birds often become aggressive if they believe that their eggs or goslings are threatened by other animals. They may have nests nearby. If you get too close, a goose may attack to defend itself and its eggs or goslings.

If wild geese are fed by people, it's possible that they lose their natural fear of humans. This means that they will often build their nests close to people.

Geese can become pretty aggressive quickly. This behavior is related to the fact that they are large, clumsy birds. They can't easily hide when threatened. The birds certainly resort to aggression to ward off danger.

Some clothing companies are named after the Canada Goose. Canada Goose is a Canadian outdoor clothing company. It uses real coyote fur as trim on the hoods of their parkas. The decorative fur trim looks interesting.

Canada is known for its fascinating mammals such as American bison, Arctic hare, badger, beaver, black bear, bobcat, little brown bat, Canada lynx, caribou, coyote, grizzly bears, wolf, red fox, lemming, meadow mice, moose, mountain lion, mule deer, musk ox, muskrat and more.

The massive bear can sure move heavy objects. The person inside the safety cage experiences the power of the bear. This is not a snack vending machine. This is pretty scary.

The brown bear (Ursus arctos) is an interesting bear species found across Eurasia and North America. In North America, the populations of brown bears are called grizzly bears. The fascinating brown bear is recognized as a national and state animal in several European countries.

It seems that the brown bear's range has shrunk and it has faced local extinctions. However, it certainly remains listed as a least concern species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) with a total population of approximately 200,000.

Snakes of Ontario, Canada

This is an interesting collection of highlights showcasing the various native species of snakes found in Ontario, Canada. It's fascinating to identify these snakes. You might have encountered some of these animals.

Canada Geese - National Park Animals

Canada has some fascinating national parks, national marine conservation areas and national historic sites. Viewers have experiences that are interesting, pleasant, fascinating, ultimate, awe-inspiring and educational.

The Canada goose is often seen in urban city areas. The black head and neck with a white "chinstrap" are features that distinguish the Canada goose from all other goose species. However, there is the exception of the cackling goose and barnacle goose (the latter, however, has a black breast and grey rather than regular brownish body plumage).

The 7 interesting subspecies of this goose bird vary widely in size and plumage details, but all are recognizable as Canada geese. Some of them could be hard to distinguish from the cackling goose (which slightly overlap in mass). However, most subspecies of the cackling goose are considerably smaller. To add to the size difference, cackling geese also have a shorter neck and smaller bill.

Some Canadian companies have the word goose in the name. For example, Canada Goose Holdings Inc. is a Canadian holding company of winter clothing manufacturers.

Canada Goose jackets are pretty expensive. Canada Goose started out as a working-class brand in 1957, but has since transformed into a big status-symbol. Its fascinating jackets today can cost up to $1,550. The brand says that its jackets can withstand cold temperatures as low as -30° C. They also say that the animal fur trim protects against air-flow.

Funny and Cute Pet Skunk Adventures

Skunks are pretty interesting animals in North and South America. They are mammals in the family Mephitidae. They are related to polecats and other members of the weasel family. However, skunks have as their closest Old World relatives the stink badgers. These often annoying animals are known for their ability to spray a liquid with a strong, unpleasant smell.

It is fascinating that there are 3 groups of skunks represented by 8 species in North America. However, only 2 species occur in Canada. The so-called striped skunk is the one familiar to most Canadians. Its wide range extends from central Mexico to Nunavut and the Northwest Territories and from the Maritimes to west-central British Columbia.

Funny Goose Near Fire Hydrant

This amazing goose keeps eating grass near the fire hydrant. A fire hydrant is a useful connection point by which firefighters can tap into a water supply. It is certainly a component of active fire protection. Interestingly, useful underground fire hydrants have been used in Europe and Asia since at least the 18th century. Above-ground pillar-type hydrants are a 19th-century invention.

An obstruction to a fire hydrant can be deemed as anything that inhibits the use of the Hydrant by firefighters. Obstructions can usually be considered as, but not limited to: animals, trees, shrubs, parked cars nearby or other landscaping enhancements.

The Canada goose (Branta canadensis) is sure a large wild goose species with a black head and neck, white cheeks, white under its chin, and a brown body. Native to arctic and temperate regions of North America, its migration occasionally reaches northern Europe.
