CBC News: The National shows that Canada’s 3rd wave of COVID-19 continues to get worse with surging cases and increasing hospitalizations forcing the provinces to pivot restrictions and vaccinations.
Important Canadian research is looking into why there’s such a range of COVID-19 symptoms.
Most people who are infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus certainly have respiratory symptoms. They start to feel a little bit unwell, they will have a fever, they may have a cough or a sore throat or sneeze. In some individuals, they may have gastrointestinal symptoms. Others may lose the sense of smell or the sense of taste.
